K64 is active and growing, with established companies already operating in the Light Industries area as well as the open Iceland Eco Business Park at K64 Circular Industries. Local planning at the Berglavík area is nearly complete (anticipated June 2026), enabling new plots for industrial development in the K64 Circular Industries district. With groundwork laid, additional residential units coming to the Ásbrú area, and energy capacity expanding, K64 is actively working on investment inquiries across industries.
